A Partner at Hilltop Public Solutions, Sharon works in the firm’s grasstops practice area and has built and managed national and state coalitions on a diverse set of issues. She also assists clients with communications and message development and has been involved in state and federal campaigns for more than 10 years.
Sharon also has experience in preparing specialty multi-ethnic media plans. She has written and produced urban, Spanish-language radio and television ads for statewide, state legislative and local campaigns. A fluent Spanish speaker, Sharon has played key political and communications roles on high-level campaigns in Latin America.
Sharon graduated from Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Political Science. Born in Washington D.C., Sharon also spends time with her family in Panama as well as extensive travel throughout Latin America.

- Direct grasstops campaigns as well as managed coalitions on
behalf of clients, meeting corporate goals and objectives.
- Served in the emerging markets and Latino business outreach
practice at the Dewey Square Group. Sharon assisted in creating
and maintaining relationships between corporate clients and
members of the Latino community including federal and local
elected officials and prominent advocacy officials.
