As an associate, Joe brings a rich background of political organizing experience to the table of an already accomplished team based out of Billings, MT. Joe’s successful involvement in electoral and issue based campaigns in Montana offer Hilltop a strategic advantage in the state.

From his work as the Development Director for Montana Conservation Voters from 2009 to 2011, Joe has relationships with some of the most talented and influential political professionals and elected officials in Montana. In 2009, Joe worked as the Montana Field Director for the Health Care for America Now Coalition to implement an effective public outreach strategy that engaged a diversity of non-traditional voices, including leaders from the faith, labor, small business and Native American communities.

After serving for two years in the Peace Corps, Joe worked as a Grants Inquiry Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator and IT Consultant at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle, WA. Joe received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Psy Chi Honors from Carroll College in Waukesha, WI.
